COPS Walk Southwest 2020

 COPS Walk Southwest 2020
This event was held February 2020 in the community of Verrado in Buckeye, Arizona. We were blessed to be able to attend before all of the Coronavirus mess came about. We are also blessed to be able to participate with such awesome people as we all remember heroes who gave their all. I am sharing some of the images from the event.
I am doing something a bit different this year. As this sometimes wild ride called life goes on, I have realized all of this is about people.  It is about the amazing survivors walking in memory of their heroes. It is about the awesome support staff helping those walking. It is about the heroes who were taken from us all. It is about those that make a difference in our lives. Never forgotten.

Some of those heroes walked for and remembered are listed below. A link is provided to the Officer Down Memorial Page for each of the Law Enforcement Officers who sacrificed all in the performance of their duties… in performance of their calling.
“It is not how these officers died that made them heroes, it is how they lived.”
