What do you do when friends invite you to spend a week in Florida at their Airbnb with them? And offer to pick you up at the airport? YOU GO! Or at least that is what we did. Flew into Jacksonville airport on a Saturday. Got picked up. And then spent a week exploring mostly northern Florida. It was also Daytona Bike Week so there were all kinds of motorcycles in the area as well. We had a great time! Departed Jacksonville on week later on Saturday. Lots of birding and eating in the time in between. Over 20 new species to my eBird life list. Over 80 new observations to my INaturalist page. Great memories.
